My 3rd wedding season has officially ended, and I’m sad to see it go. I photographed 23 weddings this year and had a blast at every single one!! I met two amazing vendors, that I now call friends, who I did many inspiration shoots with, Twigss Floral Studio and Davia Lee Events. I had 5 more weddings featured on Style Me Pretty/accepted to be featured in 2013, and for the first time graced the pages of Green Wedding Shoes, 100 Layer Cake, Junebug Weddings, and Grey Likes Weddings. We photographed weddings at two private estates in Big Sur & Carmel. We photographed more weddings for people we went to middle school/high school with, Jenny & Roy and Brittany & Brian. We photographed a very intimate wedding of a fellow wedding photographer in one of SLO’s most popular hiking areas, Bishops Peak. We captured many sparkler exits, first looks, & couples with horses. We got to photograph at more venues I’ve been dying to shoot at, like Santa Margarita Ranch and again at Holland Ranch. We also made a weekend trip up to Canada to photograph Brandi & Andrew’s engagement session! I met 3 local wedding photographers who have become some of my closest friends. I don’t know what I’d do without you… Jen, Mirelle, & Amber!
And now that our 2012 wedding season is over, I can’t wait for what 2013 has in store! Just to hold you over for a little while, here’s what you can expect:
// a Spanish Oaks Ranch wedding where I’ll be working with 2 of my favorite vendors, Davia Lee Events & Paperweight Films // a Dana Powers House wedding with Twigss Floral Studio // a Windfall Farms wedding and a Stillwaters Vineyard wedding // one of my best friends weddings // a printed magazine spread // a wedding with a bounce house // more awesome inspiration shoots // an amazing giveaway // 2 more weddings at Wind & Sea private estate in Big Sur // boudoir sessions // and SO much more!
Thanks for following me and I hope you continue to do soHere are some behind the scenes images from this past year:
